Diprose Miller Chartered Accountants has appointed two new directors to its board. The Morrinsville and Te Aroha-based accounting and business advisory firm, has announced Ed Wagstaff and Sharon Coombe will join their leadership team, effective immediately.

Chartered accountants, Ed and Sharon, join existing directors Darren Diprose, Keith Miller and Jeanette Clubb, in taking the established accounting and business advisory firm in a new strategic direction.

Darren, Keith and Jeanette say the appointments are well deserved.

“We’re excited to have new blood coming through the firm,” says Keith. “They’re highly talented people that do a good job and at the end of the day it’s about the service they have and will continue to exhibit.”

“Their passion for their job and their community is evident,” says Darren. “As part of the management team, their ideas and input will be really important to the future of our firm.”

Ed Wagstaff

Ed joined Diprose Miller in 2015 having previously worked at KPMG and Virbac-Stockguard. Ed’s move to Diprose Miller was out of a desire to help small businesses grow and owners achieve their goals.

“I’m thrilled to be appointed as a Director of a company I am incredibly passionate about, and which has such a strong reputation in the Waikato,” says Ed. “There is significant technological enhancement happening within the industry, such as cloud-based accounting, for business development, so this is an exciting time for the company.

“My focus remains on helping my clients achieve their goals through utilising these technologies, providing insightful reporting to develop their business strategy and identify and capitalise on opportunities as they appear.”

Sharon Coombe

A proud Te Aroha local, Sharon has been with Diprose Miller since 2003 and has been on a path of professional growth & development.
